Delivery & Postage Charges

Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 working days but this may vary during busy periods particularly if your order is a custom made mudflap.

Your goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class postage in the UK. European orders will also be sent by Royal Mail International but delivery times will depend on your local postal services.

The postage charge within the UK is a flat rate of £1 and £2.50 in the European Union.

We may be able to deliver outside of the EU depending on your location. Please email to ask if we deliver in your country.

Goods will normally fit through a standard letterbox unless you have ordered a lot of mudflaps!


Any mudflaps which contain custom in their title are not eligible for a refund as they have been specially made to order.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 30 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the products we offer and service in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with all fittings, to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

You may not return any goods that have been installed unless they are faulty.

You will be refunded once we have received the goods and examined them.

We will refund all monies paid to us by you excluding original postage costs within 30 days.
