Delivery & Postage Charges
Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 working days but this may vary during busy periods particularly if your order is a custom made mudflap.
Your goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class postage in the UK. European orders will also be sent by Royal Mail International but delivery times will depend on your local postal services.
The postage charge within the UK is a flat rate of £1 and £2.50 in the European Union.
We may be able to deliver outside of the EU depending on your location. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ask if we deliver in your country.
Goods will normally fit through a standard letterbox unless you have ordered a lot of mudflaps!
This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt form the Distance Selling Regulations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel.
You can cancel your contract and receive a refund at any time up to 30 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the products we offer and service in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with all fittings, to us, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
Any mudflaps that do not carry colour options (such as the Black Mudflap) are eligible for a complete refund of product price (not including postage costs) but any that do have colour options (the majority of products) are subject to a 20% restocking fee – in this case you will receive a refund of the amount you paid less the postage amount and then minus 20%.
You may not return any goods that have been installed unless they are faulty.
You will be refunded once we have received the goods and examined them.
We will refund all monies paid to us by you excluding original postage costs within 30 days. If you paid by bank transfer, please supply return account details.
This refund policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or badly described.
