The personal data associated with a transaction will be kept complete for a maximum of 3 years. After that the associated contact details will be removed but your name alongside the transaction amount and products purchased will be stored for a maximum of 6 years for legal/accounting reasons.

We will not sure your personal data with any other third parties.
Currently we will not be using your personal (contact) details submitted as part of a transaction for any follow-up marketing (this includes transactions before 24/05/18 that pre-date this policy). Accessing and deleting your data

If you would like us to delete the data we store about you, please also email us. We will delete all email correspondence from our email server and contact details from our transaction database but we must keep your name and transaction amount/details for legal/accounting reasons.
